Also sued in San Diego Superior Court are Leap Wireless directorsDouglas Hutcheson, Amin Khalifa, Grant Burton, Dean Luvisa, Michael Targoff, John Harkey Jr., Robert Lapenta, Dr. Mark Rachesky, and James Dondero.

Shareholders claim Interactive Brokers Group inflated share price during its IPO through false and misleading statements, in Manhattan Federal Court.

Shareholders say Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance and its directors inflated share price through false and misleading statements that, when revealed, caused the price to drop by 24 percent. Also sued in Chicago Federal Court are Lynelle Kirby, Gregg Bodnar and Bruce Barkus.

Shareholders claim Faro Technologies misrepresented its financial condition and made unlawful payments in connection with foreign sales. Faro makes software to represent and measure objects in three dimensions. Also sued in Orlando Federal Court are John Caldwell, Stephen Cole, Hubert D'Amours, Gregory A. Fraser, Andre Julien, and Simon Raab.

Shareholders claim ACA Capital Holdings and Alan S. Roseman inflated ACA share price during its IPO through false and misleading statements, in Manhattan Federal Court.
