Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say directors of MGI Pharma unjustly enriched themselves in a merger. Also sued in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis, are Leon O. Moulder Jr., Hugh E. Miller, David B. Sharrock, Edward W. Mehrer, Arthur L. Weaver, Andrew J. Ferrara, Waneta C. Tuttle, James O. Armitage, and Dean J. Mitchel.

Shareholders suspect Robert Kanner cheated them in a merger-sale of Pubco Corp., of which he was majority shareholder, in Delaware Chancery Court.
