The New York City Employees Retirement System and its firefighters, policemen and teachers are the latest class-action plaintiffs to accuse Countrywide Financial, Angelo Mozilo and his crew and associates of defrauding them about its lending practices. Shareholders accuse American Dental Partners of securities violations, including filing false financial statements. Also sued in Boston Federal Court are Gregory Serrano, Breht Feigh, and Mark Vargo.
