Shareholder Class Action

Shareholders say Wellcare Health Plans and its directors inflated share price through false and misleading statements. Also sued in Tampa Federal Court are Todd Farha, Paul Behrens, Regina Herzlinger, Kevin Hickey, Alif Hourani, Ruben King-Shaw, Christian Michalik, Neal Moszkowski and Thaddeus Bereday.

The New York City Employees Retirement System and its firefighters, policemen and teachers are the latest class-action plaintiffs to accuse Countrywide Financial, Angelo Mozilo and his crew and associates of defrauding them about its lending practices. Also sued in Los Angeles Federal Court are David Sambol, Eric Sieracki, Stanford Kurland, Henry Cisneros, Jeffrey Cunningham, Robert Donato, Michael Dougherty, Ben Enis, Carlos Garcia, Andrew Gissinger, Edwin Heller, Gwendolyn Stewart King, Martin Melone, Robert Parry, Oscar Robertson, Keith Russell, Harley Snyder, ABN Amro, AG Edwards & Sons, Banc of America Securities, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BNY Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets, Countrywide Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Securities, Goldman Sachs, Greenwich Capital Markets, HSBC Securities (US), JP Morgan Securities, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co., RBC Capital Markets Corp., RBC Dominion Securities, RBC Dain Rauscher, Scotia Capital, SG Americas Securities, TD Securities, UBS Securities, Wachovia Capital Markets, Wachovia Securities, Grant Thornton LLP, and KPMG.

Shareholders accuse American Dental Partners of securities violations, including filing false financial statements. Also sued in Boston Federal Court are Gregory Serrano, Breht Feigh, and Mark Vargo.
