     The SEC accuses Angel Acquisition, Marshall Holdings International, NW Tech Capital, Winsted Holdings and Zann Corp. of distributing billions of shares of common stock in unregistered securities disguised as employee stock-option programs, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
     
     Global Materials & Services and its top executives have been accused of hatching multiple schemes to raise millions of dollars through abuse of Form S-8 registration statements, the SEC claims in Los Angeles Federal Court. ASMAC Financial and Edify Capital Group allegedly aided and abetted the scams.
