Shareholder Class Action

     Shareholders say the Evergreen Investment Management Co. and Wachovia Corp. sold shares in an Ultra Short Opportunities Fund through false and misleading statements, in Boston Federal Court.




     
     Shareholders sued Bear Stearns for its sale of $973 million in Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates in July 2006, in New York County Court.
     
     Perini Corp. inflated its share price through false and misleading reports and concealing financial information, a class action claims in Boston Federal Court.
