Shareholder Class Action

Triad Guaranty inflated its share price through false and misleading statements, shareholders claim in Greensboro, N.C., Federal Court.

Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and others pushed Freddie Mac 8.375% Fixed to Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (FRE-Z) with false and misleading statements, a class action claims in Manhattan Federal Court. Also sued are Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co., UBS Securities, and three individuals.

Wells Fargo sold its Mortgage-Backed Securities Pass-Through Certificates through false and misleading statements, a class action claims in Manhattan Federal Court.
