Also sued are Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co., UBS Securities, and three individuals.

Wells Fargo sold its Mortgage-Backed Securities Pass-Through Certificates through false and misleading statements, a class action claims in Manhattan Federal Court.
