MANHATTAN - The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America sued the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the Lower Manhattan Development Corp. in Federal Court, for preventing it from rebuilding St. Nicholas Church at 130 Liberty St., which was crushed by a falling tower, as part of the new World Trade Center complex.
