Sentences & Legal Services

WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Sentencing Commissionseeks public comment on new rules on various subjects including larceny, disaster assistance fraud, fraud by government leadership, and drug charges involving underage or pregnant individuals.

The Legal Services Corporation has issued amendments to its eligibility tables, which list maximum income level for legal services clients.
