PHILADELPHIA - Edward V. Ellis Sr., a "felon and securities fraud recidivist," and Jennifer L. Seidel, former president of now-defunct Sederon Inc., took $519,500 from investors through misrepresentations and omissions, the SEC claims in Federal Court.
