MANHATTAN (CN) - Lawrence D. Isen violated securities law by using his online newsletter, The OTC Journal, to urge investors to buy shares of Shep Technologies while he dumped 90,000 shares he got for doing it, the SEC claims in Manhattan Federal Court.
