ATTORNEY FEES - A plaintiff in a defamation action rejected a reduced punitive damages award, failed to retry his case within one year of the remand and did not return the $120,000 to plaintiff. The South Dakota Supreme Court found that the defendant should have been allowed to recover the reasonable cost of attorney fees that she specifically incurred in trying to recover the $120,000. Reversed in part.
