MANHATTAN (CN) - Ronald Perelman LLC on behalf of Applehead Pictures LLCcountersued his ex-wife, Ellen Barkin, and others, claiming they misappropriated corporate assets and stole business opportunities by creating Applehead Pictures II LLC. Barkin sued Perelman, the billionaire heir to the Revlon fortune, in August, claiming he never paid a promised $3 million to Applehead. Perelman also sues George Barkin - Ellen's brother, Caroline Kaplan, Sloss Law Office LLP and John Sloss, in New York County Court.
