TAMPA, Fla. — A federal court in Florida granted gun owners and a Second Amendment advocacy group’s request for a preliminary injunction to prevent the enforcement of a new gun law related to short-barreled rifles with stabilizing braces. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms may not enforce the new statute against the plaintiffs as well as past and future customers of gun shops in Florida.
