Residents Want Retardation Center Closed

CINCINNATI (CN) - Residents and guardians demand the Butler County Board of Mental Retardation and Development Disabilities shut down the Fairfield Center, run for the county by Alexson Holdings, claiming that several deaths, including a homicide, and continuing negligence that led to four suspensions of admissions since 2001, show the defendants are incapable of ensuring the safety of the 100 residents.
