WASHINGTON (CN) - The International Trade Administration plans to make both attorneys and non-attorney representatives who appear before the Import Administration subject to disciplinary action for misconduct based on good cause.
The proposed rule is to deter misconduct in Department of Commerce antidumping duty and countervailing duty proceedings, according to the ITA.
