Reindicted

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled Abdul Azeen, who pleaded no contest to attempted murder in 1987 after shooting a man in the neck, was properly reindicted on aggravated murder charges when the victim died, 27 years later, of an infection that stemmed from his wounds.
