DENVER — The Colorado Court of Appeals preserved the lower court’s decision to protect the personal information of citizens who asked a library to remove “Gender Queer: A Memoir” from their local public library. The library services exemption of the Colorado Open Records Act prevents disclosure of the personal identities of someone who filed a public records request.
