Two couples claim the Golf Club at Fiddler's Creek charged a $90,000 initiation fee and $7,800 annual dues for a supposedly private country club membership at a real estate development, but ran the golf course as a public course and did not put membership deposits into escrow as promised, in a class action in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
