Pup wins in joint custody

BOSTON — The Massachusetts Court of Appeals reversed a lower court’s decision to vacate an injunction that required a broken-up couple to share custody of their Pomeranian, Teddy Bear, every other two weeks. This custody arrangement was in line with the couple’s agreements with each other, and the male ex is likely to succeed on his contract claim against the female ex if she continued to refuse him access to Teddy Bear.
