HARRISBURG, Penn. – The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that excerpts from a Roman Catholic diocesan priest’s mental health treatment report may not be included in a grand jury report. The grand jury was convened in 2016 to examine allegations of past acts of child abuse by priests and others associated with six Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania.
