MONTGOMERY, Ala. — A federal court in Alabama declassified police body cam videos that were recorded during police officers’ apprehension of a suing citizen’s brother, who later died of injuries he sustained from a police dog attack. The public’s right of access is outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice that publicly releasing the videos could cause.
