Plane Crash Liability

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Supreme Court revived a pilot’s suit against the manufacturer of a fuel pump. The pilot was severely injured in a plane crash he claims was caused by a defective pump pump.

The lower court improperly excluded one of the pilot’s expert witnesses.
