(CN) - Rihanna's personal trainer claims the pop star owes her more than $26,000 on a contract to train the singer exclusively, for $1,500 a day. Cindy Percival sued Robyn Rihanna Fenty in Los Angeles Superior Court.
After training Rihanna for nearly a year, Percival says the singer's agent, Marc Jordan, hired her to provide exclusive services for Fenty, traveling with the singer on tours and training her whenever Fenty had time to work out.
Percival says her January 2008 contract called for a daily fee of $1,500 and travel expenses. The rate reflected the fact that due to Fenty's travel schedule, Percival could not train any other clients, Percival says in her complaint.
Things went smoothly until October 2009, when Percival says Fenty ignored a bill for $26,144.
Percival seeks punitive damages from Fenty for breach of contract and fraud. She is represented by Scott Fisher.
