The Original Gone in 60 Seconds LLC has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit over the "Eleanor" character and trademark, in Los Angeles Federal Court. "Eleanor" is a 1971 Fastback Mustang, custom-built to resemble a Mach 1 Fastback Mustang. Defendants include Carroll Shelby and subsidiaries, Unique Motorcars, Unique Performance and Sanderson Sales & Marketing.

Cisco Systems and Scientific-Atlanta Inc. seek a declaration in Delaware Federal Court that their DOCSIS cable modems do not infringe on GPNE Corp.'s patents.
