     Leading Edge Flavors claims Walgreen is violating its “Frostie” trademark for root beer, in Waco Federal Court.
     
     Timber Products Inspection claims Boxpac Inc. illicitly stamped lumber with TPI’s trademark to indicate, falsely, that the products had been made, inspected and heat-treated by TPI, in Salt Lake Federal Court.
     
     Tech 7 Systems, which says its software is or was the leading product used by U.S. tour companies, claims Vacation Express swiped its stuff; its demands $1.4 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages, in DC Federal Court.
     
     Hansen Beverage Co. dba Monster claims N2G Distributing and Alpha Performance Labs are violating its “Monster” trademark by selling a “Monster Energy Shot” drink, in Riverside, Calif., Superior Court.
     
     The Rowen Group dba Playroom Entertainment claims Educational Insights can’t use the word “Stratagem” for its games because Rowen owns rights to it, in Los Angeles Federal Court.
