Opioid conspiracy

ANCHORAGE — A federal court in Alaska granted the state’s motion for leave to file a second amended complaint against a pharmacy and related entities for their alleged involvement in the opioid epidemic. The state wants to add a racketeering claim to their suit, and this is allowed because it is not barred by the statute of limitations and will not cause an undue delay.
