WASHINGTON (CN) - President Barack Obama ordered all federal agencies to coordinate their efforts to assist small businesses seeking to begin or increase exports through a new Web platform called BusinessUSA.
The site will be integrated into the existing Web sites of federal agencies that oversee or encourage exports and is intended as a one-stop access point that will include state and local government information as well.
In a statement announcing BusinessUSA, Obama also ordered agencies to adopt a "No Wrong Door" that "uses technology to quickly connect businesses to the services and information relevant to them, regardless of which agency's Web site, call center, or office they go to for help."
