GREENBELT, Md. — A federal court in Maryland granted the National Security Agency’s motion for summary judgment on a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by a former federal agent who developed a rare form of Parkinson’s disease 10 years after he traveled to “a hostile foreign country” in 1996. The NSA denies having evidence that he was exposed to some wave-based weapon that could’ve damaged his nervous system, and has properly classified the requested information on national security grounds.
