FORT WORTH (CN) - An underinsured driver who fell asleep at the wheel crossed the median, smashed through two fences and the back wall of a house and knocked the wall and dresser onto another man as he slept, Rafael Rodriguez claims in Tarrant County Court. Rodriguez says State Farm Insurance refuses to indemnify him for the accident.
