SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of Abel Tesfaye, a musician also known as The Weeknd, in a copyright infringement lawsuit alleging his song “A Lonely Night” copied another song, finding the plaintiffs failed to “raise a genuine dispute.”
