Murder of a Border Agent

Two men were properly convicted for murdering Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, whose death brought to light the Fast and Furious “gun-walking” scandal, the Ninth Circuit ruled. The men were extradited to the U.S. in accordance with a treaty with Mexico.
