CINCINNATI (CN) - Susan Mather claims Loveland High School unconstitutionally suspended her son, Charlie, from four football games this year because he was cited for underage drinking over the summer. Mather says it's no fair because Charlie wasn't at school when he was busted and he hasn't been convicted yet.
Mather says the school's policy is unconstitutionally "vague and overbroad." She wants him allowed to play so he won't suffer irreparable harm. She sued the school board, the superintendent, the principal, and the assistant principal and athletic director in Hamilton County Court.
