LOS ANGELES (CN) – A model sued Hustler Magazine and poker player Dan Bilzerian on Tuesday, claiming she was injured when Bilzerian threw her off a roof during a photo shoot. Janice Griffith sued LFP Internet Group dba Hustler Magazine and Bilzerian in Superior Court. Janice Griffith is the woman’s stage name; she does not mention her other name in the lawsuit. She claims Bilzerian threw her off the roof of his home in an April 23 photo shoot for Hustler. She was 18 at the time and hurt her foot, she says. It’s the second personal injury lawsuit against Bilzerian this month. Last week a woman claimed he kicked her in the facein a nightclub.
