SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge dismissed a class action claiming Sprout Foods mislabels its baby and toddler food products as containing 3 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and 300 milligrams of omega-3, finding the label does not violate regulations prohibiting manufacturers from touting their product’s physical health benefits for children.
