Methadone Clinic To Stay Open Under Court Ruling

RICHMOND, Va. (CN) - The 4th Circuitlifted aninjunction preventing Baltimore County fromenforcing a zoning law that discriminates against a Pikesville methadone clinic, but allowed the clinic to remain open. A Helping Hand claimed the county tried to shut it down because its drug-addicted clients "are regarded as criminals and undesirable neighbors."
