A woman claims her baby was killed by "Carbafexed DM RF Oral Drops," a medicine not approved by the FDA, containing dextromethorphan, carbinoxamine and pseudoephedrine. She sued Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, McNeil-PPC, Jewel Food Store, and others, in Cook County Court.
