COLUMBIA, S.C. — In a suit brought by parents of disabled children, a federal court in South Carolina blocked the state from prohibiting school districts from requiring masks in public schools, finding “no one can reasonably argue that it is an undue burden to wear a mask to accommodate a child with disabilities.”
