Maryland Sues RJ Reynolds For Cartoon Ads

BALTIMORE (CN) - R.J. Reynolds Tobacco violated the Master Settlement Agreement by continuing to use cartoons in ads, the State of Maryland says in Baltimore County Court. It cites "Joe Camel" ads and products, including multi-page ads in the 40th anniversary edition of Rolling Stone magazine.
