PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) - A former worker at The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation says the clinic refused to pay him overtime wages after he worked more than 80 hours a week during "crunch time in the garden."
Andrew Hangerud says the medical marijuana clinic suddenly locked him out of its garden in May, refused to pay his final paycheck, and kept $10,000 in greenhouse equipment and tools that he brought from home.
Lake Perriguey filed Hangerud's lawsuit in Multnomah County Court.
