(CN) - Forty-six states saw employment continue its freefall in March, according to statistics released Friday by the Bureau of Labor.
Puerto Rico had the highest unemployment rate, at 15 percent, and Wyoming had the lowest, at 4.5 percent. The District of Columbia, where the new administration has been hiring, and North Dakota, a lightly populated state with energy holdings, were exceptions, showing some job growth.
