SAN DIEGO (CN) - A Rancho Bernardo man was arrested and charged with selling the Ecstasy that killed a 21-year-old woman in the San Diego suburb. Marvin Bada, 21, is charged with distribution of Ecstasy resulting in death.
Ecstasy - methylenedioxymethamphetamine - is a form of meth. The U.S. Attorney's Office says the woman died on April 17, 2009 after taking the drug Bada had sold her.
Bada faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted of the two charges against him: distribution of the drug, and distribution resulting in death.
