Chiquita Brands International has been sued by 377 more plaintiffs who claim they or their relatives were killed, tortured and subjected to atrocities by Colombian death squads paid and protected by Chiquita, in Manhattan Federal Court.

An employee claims Enterprise Products Partners negligently let bees build a hive in an abandoned oil drum, and while he was operating a backhoe for Enterprise, he disturbed the drum and the bees stung him 1,400 times, in Houston Federal Court.
