HOUSTON (CN) - Regent University Law School and its President Pat Robertson, the televangelist, illegally expelled a student for posting a photo of Robertson, scratching his own face with his "f- you" finger, on the student's own profile on his Facebook page, Adam Key claims in Federal Court. Key claims the defendants told him that if he took the photo off his Web page, "then there would be no discipline." He did, and they expelled him, he says in his civil rights claim. See complaint.
