Knock it Off, Class Tells Health Net

SAN DIEGO (CN) - A class action claims Health Net of California promised policyholders it would not charge copays for Medicare-covered services less than $999, but charged the named plaintiff 16 times in less than a year. The class also sued the UCSD Medical Center, in Superior Court.
