BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts partially denies a state child advocacy organization’s motion to dismiss claims brought against it by the parents of children who were removed from their custody, without a warrant, after an ER doctor saw the youngest child had rib fractures. The children’s pediatrician had no concerns about either of the kids, and there was plenty of time to seek a warrant or court order, so removal under the threat of police force was improper.
