(CN) - Circuit judge candidates Torrey Bauer and David Certo and Indiana Right to Life claim the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications Code of Judicial Conduct Canons 3E(1) and 5A(3)(d), regarding "pledges or promises of conduct in office," unconstitutionally prohibit Bauer and Certo from answering Right to Life's candidates questionnaire.
