HOUSTON (CN) - Barry Halley claims Cape Environmental Management hired him as its manager of security and communications at $2,596 a week, plus 50% bonus while in Iraq, and that in Iraq, "he was shot and beat up by the very people who were supposed to protect him." After escaping and returning to the United States, Halley says, Cape fired him.
Halley is represented by Philip Orth III, in Harris County Court.
