ATTORNEYS, CONSTRUCTION - The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that a construction contract might be void under attorney professional conduct rules because the homeowner was also the builder's attorney. The attorney failed to adequately show that no issue of material fact existed as to whether the contract overcame the common law presumption of fraud. See ruling.
