INDIANA COURT| OF APPEALS

DAMAGES, ATTORNEY FEES - The Indiana Court of Appeals found that plaintiff was not entitled to damages from defendant's wrongful rejection of goods because plaintiff bore the risk of loss of the goods. As such, the trial court should not have awarded attorney fees. Reversed in part. Adsit Co. v. Gustin
