Imposter syndrome

BOSTON — A federal court in Massachusetts granted default judgment against a supplier that agreed to provide an engineer to a recruiting firm’s client, but knowingly sent an imposter, requiring the client to undergo a forensic audit for $55,000, paid for by the recruiter. Its claims for breach of contract, tortious interference and deceptive trade practices were well demonstrated.
